Acceptance
By using MemFlash (memflash.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use MemFlash.
Your content
You keep ownership of the flashcards and sets you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process them so we can provide the service (including generating audio and syncing across devices). Don't upload content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to use.
Sharing and copies
Share links let anyone who has the link view or edit the linked set, depending on the link type. Others may also create their own independent copy of a set you share. Share only what you are comfortable sharing; you can revoke links at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service — no attempts to disrupt it, access other people's data, or use it to distribute spam or malicious content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimer
MemFlash is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use MemFlash after changes means you accept the updated terms.
